USCIS Fee Update (April 1, 2024)

On April 1, 2024, USCIS updated its fee schedule in a sweeping change to the cost of filing applications and petitions for immigration benefits.

Any application/petition filed after April 1, 2024, will require the new fee. Filings that fail to include the exact correct fee might be rejected and returned. This can be especially problematic if you have a filing deadline.

Additionally, many forms will be updated on June 1, 2024, and all filings after that date should use the new version of the forms.
