Start Your Case Right Away with an Immigration Loan from BYDcash

EA Law, LLC attorney Eric Adams knows that immigration applications are expensive. That’s why we offer BYDcash as a payment option to pay for attorney fees and government filing fees.

Let’s start with an example:

You are married to a U.S. citizen and want to apply for your green card so you consult with an attorney, who provides you a quote for legal services and the cost for the USCIS filing fees. Maybe you can afford to pay everything out of pocket, but it’s going to drain your savings. Or, maybe you don’t have enough money up front. So, you contact BYDcash for a $5,000 loan to help with the costs and they quote you approximately $180/month over 60 months. You agree, BYDcash sends the money to your attorney to start your immigration application immediately. Then, maybe after six months, you have extra cash, so you decide to pay off the loan balance. Your loan is closed and your immigration case already started six months ago. But, if you don’t have the extra money after six months, then that’s not a problem. Just keep making your fixed monthly payments. See the screenshot below from BYDcash’s online calculator.

BYDcash Calculator Example: $180.66 monthly payment for a $5,000 loan.

There are a lot of benefits to using BYDcash to apply for immigration benefits:

  • File for immigration benefits as soon as you are ready;

  • Avoid large upfront deposits that can strain your budget;

  • Prevent filing delays due to outstanding law firm payment plans and the need to save for your government fees;

  • Preserve savings for unexpected/emergency expenses or impending expenses such as travel and start-up costs in the US; and

  • Develop good payment habits, and establish a positive payment history to build credit in the U.S.

Applying for a BYDcash immigration loan is easy, with no Social Security Number (SSN) or credit score required

You can borrow up to $15,000 with BYDcash. Payment plans run between six and 60 months with a fixed, monthly interest rate of 3% on the principal balance. This means that the average annual percentage rate (APR) is between 22% and 24%, the same or less than the cost of a credit card.

Using the BYDcash calculator, you can simply enter the total amount you want to borrow and your preferred monthly payment amount to determine your loan term. A longer term will give you a lower monthly payment, and a shorter term will give you a lower overall cost.

To give you the best of both, BYDcash allows you to choose a longer term while you’re going through your process, so you can get a lower monthly payment and establish a history of on-time payments. Then, after six months, you can choose to pay off your loan as quickly as you want, for a lower overall cost.
